Job summary

BIBIBOP Asian Grill is seeking a Catering Ambassador to support our Catering Manager with flawless event execution and to help grow our catering program in the community.

You will develop relationships with guests and partners, manage catering events from start to finish—delivery, setup, service and breakdown—and coordinate logistics while supporting store teams.

This full-time role offers weekday hours with flexibility for early mornings and occasional weekends based on event bookings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurant, catering, or operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods.

Position Objective

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current guests and partners
• Manage catering events start to finish — delivery, setup, service, and breakdown
• Maintain organized, up-to-date logs of current and upcoming catering orders
• Support store teams with all aspects of catering execution

Schedule

• Full-time Monday – Friday position with flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on event bookings
• Core weekday hours to support offsite operations, account management, order logistics and home store location
• Schedule will fluctuate with catering volume and seasonal demand

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Relevant experience in restaurant, catering, or operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with use of both company and personal vehicle, mileage reimbursement with use of personal vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time

• Strong organizational skills – Attention to detail with the ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Orders are extensive, with includes correct product labeling, highlighting food allergies across multiple different food combinations
