DiBella’s is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will guide the crew, prepare subs, and manage the register to ensure friendly, efficient service.

The role requires the ability to train, motivate, and schedule staff, while maintaining a clean workspace. This position offers real growth opportunities and a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read the crew handbook.
• Strong task prioritization, multitasking, and customer focus.
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers.
