gategroup is hiring a supervisor responsible for the dish room, liquor/beverage processes, and transportation operations. The role requires leading 30+ hourly employees, ensuring quality production, and maintaining compliance with airline customer specs.

You will prepare attendance and labor reports, monitor safety and regulatory standards, and drive process improvements while partnering with HR and management to optimize unit performance.

Competenze

• Must have strong and effective leadership skills, and the ability to successfully manage a staff of 30+ hourly employees.
• Current or previous labor relations experience is a plus, but not required.
• Candidate must be comfortable with all levels of employees and have the ability to drive positive program change.

Mansioni

• Lead and direct all dish room, liquor/beverage processes and related staff.
• Ensure quality production standards are maintained for all accounts.
• Prepare management reports (attendance, HAACCP and labor) as required.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements and company policies.
