Job summary

Flying Food Group is seeking a supervisor to oversee 40-50 employees in a 24/7 airline catering operation. You will coordinate scheduling, training, and coaching to ensure timely completion of airline services while maintaining GMP and HACCP standards. Strong communication and English proficiency are required, with USDA facility experience preferred.

The role requires flexibility for weekday/evening/weekend shifts in a food-manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a USDA facility.
• Familiarity with HACCP concepts, cleaning and sanitizing processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Read and write in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise 40-50 employees, schedule, train and coach to meet airline operations timelines.
• Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to airline galley plans.
• Coordinate with billing, payroll, and HR for timely information.
• Maintain safety, food quality, and sanitation standards.
• Prepare reports and communicate equipment/maintenance issues.
