gategroup is seeking a motivated supervisor to oversee daily operations for a high-volume food production and catering environment in the USA. You will coordinate transportation routing, supervise a team of 30+ hourly employees, ensure adherence to Wage & Hour policies, and drive cost-efficient practices across shifts.

The role involves training staff, preparing management reports, and maintaining strong liaison with HR and operations leadership to achieve on-time service and high-quality meals.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in high-volume food production or catering environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Supervises and supports lower management on daily operations.
• Coordinates transportation routing and flight delivery schedules.
• Oversees maintenance for machinery and reports issues timely.
• Conducts inventories to minimize waste and control costs.
• Prepares end-of-month projections and management reports.
• Interfaces between customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
