Job summary

Flying Food Group, LLC seeks a supervisor to oversee 40-50 airline catering staff, ensuring timely execution of production and adherence to GMP and HACCP standards.

You will schedule, train, coach, monitor performance and coordinate with payroll, HR, and billing to support daily operations in a food‑manufacturing environment. Full‑time, with flexibility including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a USDA facility required.
• Working knowledge of HACCP concepts, cleaning and sanitizing processes
• Excellent communications and teaming skills.
• Read and write in English
• Able to use Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Supervise 40-50 employees, scheduling, training, coaching.
• Ensure GMP compliance in daily operations.
• Respond to customer feedback and take corrective action on complaints.
• Coordinate equipment setup per GLP for airline galley plans.
• Prepare inspections reports and address deficiencies.
• Communicate time/attendance to Payroll and HR daily.
