Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to lead on- and off-premise events with a sharp eye for detail and strong client communication. You will coordinate multi-department teams, manage vendor relations, and ensure events stay within budget while delivering high service quality.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in hospitality management and proven leadership in event operations, with the ability to multitask and supervise staff across shifts.

• Strong organization, time management & team motivation.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written client communication.
• Budgeting, P&L, labor & sales forecasting experience.
• Discretion to problem solve in fast-paced env.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior culinary professionals.
• HR experience including hiring, training, mentoring & development.
• 3–5 years’ hospitality management experience, preferably off-premise catering.

Aufgaben

• Consult with clients on scope, expectations, menu & budget.
• Plan menus with clients and chefs.
• Negotiate vendor contracts.
• Coordinate Event Manager execution within established parameters.
• Recruit, interview, train staff & supervise catering team.
• Organize staff and event schedules.
• Maintain financial & administrative records.
• Liaise between Sales Catering Managers, Supervising Chefs & clients.
• Assess contract requirements and service delivery quality.
• Review catering events for performance and quality standards.
• Resolve client concerns and ensure timely payment.
