Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a hospitality management environment.
• Experience coordinating large events and teams.
• Strong presentation and marketing ability.

Responsibilities

• Consults clients on scope, budget, and menu to plan events.
• Plans menus with clients and chefs.
• Leads the catering team and staff scheduling.
• Recruits and trains permanent and casual staff.
• Acts as liaison between sales, chefs, vendors, and clients.
• Ensures contracts are met and events meet quality standards.
• Addresses customer concerns and ensures timely payment.
