Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the DoorDash for Business Catering team to own the Dasher and delivery experience for catering orders—ensuring on-time arrival, accurate drop-off and setup, and seamless handoffs that meet customer expectations.

You’ll work at the crossroads of operations, logistics, and analytics, forming hypotheses about breakages and running fast tests before scaling. This role blends hands-on problem solving with AI-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy & operations, logistics, management consulting, or high-growth marketplace
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in SQL and data interpretation
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate workflows and surface insights

Responsibilities

• Own Dasher quality and end-to-end delivery experience for catering, ensuring on-time arrival, correct setup, and clean handoffs
• Design and test logistics models for catering deliveries—selection, batching, timing, and handoff
• Investigate delivery-level issues by talking to Dashers and customers and translating root causes into concrete fixes
• Build automated workflows with AI to replace slow, manual analysis and scale repeatable processes
• Influence product roadmap with field learnings and operational recommendations
