Qualifications

• 2–5 years' catering experience, preferably in a lead or assistant manager role.
• Able to work 45+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organize custom orders and full-service events with clear communications and checklists.
• Align staffing to meet Catering needs while optimizing labor.
• Coordinate with rental companies, entertainment services, photographers, and venues.
• Proactively resolve employee and customer issues in collaboration with store staff.
• Perform related duties as required.
