Late Night Slice in Columbus, OH seeks a Catering Lead to oversee catering events, working with kitchen and field teams to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction. You’ll navigate large orders with agency and leadership, reporting to Catering Managers to drive improvements and develop teammates.

Essential duties include producing timely orders, serving with superior hospitality, training staff, enforcing health standards, and coordinating with management on forecasts and workflows.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Available for early mornings (5 a.m.) and evenings.
• Passion for hospitality and adaptable to a fast-paced catering setting.
• Able to train, supervise staff, and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering events in kitchen and field with the team.
• Ensure orders are produced on time per training standards.
• Serve and deliver orders with exceptional hospitality.
• Train and supervise staff; uphold health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with managers on operations and events execution.
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and equipment in all sites.
