Qualifications

• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; work well as a team leader; problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Assist Unit Manager in planning and developing daily operations; forecast and analyze sales, labor, and profit; manage budget adherence.
• Coordinate all aspects of catered events from booking to actual events; client menu planning, scheduling, pricing, staffing, billing.
• Oversee events, supervise staff, and train catering personnel during events.
• Recruiting, supervising, training, scheduling, and directing unit staff; maintain records and P&L.
