Compass Corporate is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee the Catering Department, train new associates, supervise event setups, and direct temporary staff for daily operations. You will ensure excellent service to clients during events, including setup, cleaning, and breakdown procedures.

The role requires catering experience, strong cost controls, and collaboration with chefs on menu development, with a focus on delivering high-quality service across diverse venues.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of food service experience, including 1 year in management.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and related food service operations.
• Catering experience is required.
• Knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, food cost controls.
• Financial, budgeting and accounting skills.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• ServSafe Certification.

• Supervises all catering events.
• Manages catering operations logistics and cost controls.
