• Coordinate with the Catering Director and General Manager to ensure efficient, on-time caterings.
• Prepare and set up caterings each morning and handle delivery.
• Communicate with guests to understand catering needs, budgets and preferences.
• Oversee preparation, transportation, and presentation of food and beverages at caterings.
• Recruiting, training, and management of catering and delivery staff.
• Schedule and allocate staff; provide clear communication to ensure efficiency.
