Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This role focuses on developing future leaders, maintaining CSC standards, and driving brand promises across daily restaurant operations.

Full-time availability including weekends, with responsibility for staffing, training, and maintaining financial and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Understand & adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly and courteous service.
• Ensure products are prepared and served according to CSC standards.
• Plan and implement restaurant marketing and promotional activities per Brand Standards.
• Create and follow up on operations and financial action plans.
