Job summary

Compass Group USA, via Flik Hospitality, is hiring a Catering Manager to oversee the Catering Department, train staff, and manage events from setup to breakdown. You will ensure service quality for clients during events, supervise associates, and collaborate with chefs on menus to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will also monitor labor and food costs, maintain strong client relationships, and handle related duties as assigned in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food service with at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience across settings like restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, or healthcare.
• Catering experience required; knowledge of trends, quality, sanitation, and food cost controls.

Responsibilities
