Job summary

CulinArt Group, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee off-premise events with strong attention to detail and client communication. You will coordinate with Sales Catering Managers, chefs, and vendors to ensure events meet budget and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of hospitality management experience, leadership in staff recruitment and development, and the ability to plan menus, schedules and financial records, while delivering outstanding guest

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a hospitality management environment (preferably in an off-premise catering environment).
• Strong leadership in managing people, events and the guest experience.
• Budgeting, P&L, labor and sales forecasting experience.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on scope, expectations, menu and budget to ensure successful events.
• Plan menus in consultation with clients and chefs.
• Coordinate and execute events with Event Manager and staff.
• Recruit, train and manage catering staff and schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records for events.
• Liaise between Sales Catering Managers, Chefs, staff, vendors and clients.
