Job summary

Sifted is hiring a Line Cook in Bellevue to support a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen serving 500–1000 guests daily. You will work across several stations, maintain labeling and organization, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar setting, plus a culinary degree or equivalent. The role offers growth, team collaboration, and opportunities to advance within a rapidly growing startup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant, club or catering.
• Culinary degree or similar preferable.
• Ability to work at one or multiple stations daily and with multiple leads.

Responsibilities

• Work on the line in one of the concept kitchens, preparing meals for 500–1000 guests daily.
• Label and organize pans and delis; discard out-of-date product from storage areas.
• Execute strict quality control and assurance; act as Sanitation and Safety Champion.
• Own daily pack-out temperatures and ensure proper handling of hot items.
• Assist with daily deep-clean tasks and enforce sanitary regulations and safety standards.
• Assist Executive Chef with production discussions, packout, and cleanup; help develop systems.
