You will follow Sodexo's culinary standards, maintain safety and sanitation, and contribute to teamwork and quality dining experiences. The role supports adherence to recipes, proper food handling, and high standards of cleanliness, with weekdays shifts and open availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to current applicable standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow recipes and directions for cooking and presenting items.
• Estimate quantities and plan production based on menus.
• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
• Walk or stand for extended periods during shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety standards.
• Support kitchen team and adapt to client requirements.
