Job summary

Sifted is launching a new corporate catering space in Bellevue and seeks a Prep Cook/Server to join a growing team. You’ll work Monday through Friday, at 7am to 3pm, across stations as needed, delivering great food and hospitality to clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in high-volume settings, enjoy guest interaction, and can adapt to changing daily needs while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant or catering.
• Ability to interact with guests and answer questions as needed.
• Capable of prepping, serving, and daily cleaning tasks.
• Committed to safety, sanitation, and following directions from leads.

Responsibilities

• Work on one or more stations daily under Lead Host or Lead Line Cook.
• Labeling, organize pans and delis, discard outdated products.
• Enforce sanitation, safety standards, and perform deep-clean duties.
• Assist Chef with production, packout, and cleanup.
• Support development of systems and improve workflows.
• Maintain calm, efficient service and positive guest interactions.
