Job summary

Sifted in Bellevue is seeking a motivated Prep Cook/Server to help launch a new corporate catering space this spring. This dual-role position supports one or multiple stations and reports to the Lead Host or Lead Line Cook.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a full-service, high-volume kitchen and enjoy engaging guests. The role is Monday–Friday, based in a commercial kitchen, with opportunities to grow within our fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant, club or catering.
• Comfortable working in a kitchen and engaging with guests.
• Washington State Food Handlers Card.

Responsibilities

• Work at one or multiple stations daily under supervision.
• Label, organize pans and delis, and discard out-of-date product.
• Uphold quality control, sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with production, packout and clean-up.
• Interact with guests, answer questions, and address allergies.
