The Catering Lead oversees available catering events, working directly with their team in the kitchen and in the field. They have agency and skills to navigate the nuances of any large order, ensuring clients and guests are pleased with their experience. When event is finished, they report to the Catering Managers, identifying opportunities to improve operations, developing team members, and the overall event execution.
