Job summary

Late Night Slice in Columbus, OH is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction across the location. You will manage the team, scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and uphold hospitality standards while driving cleanliness and performance.

A strong GM will coach staff, coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house, and deliver a signature "Pizza Party" experience. This role requires leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle guest concerns

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a bar/restaurant leadership role for at least 2 years
• Be at least 21 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Can speak loud and clear in a bustling restaurant atmosphere
• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
• Have experience in hospitality and guest engagement
• Develop knowledge of all ingredients and menu items
• Effectively handle any guest complaints or issues
• Maintain a positive presence at all times

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the entire location to ensure smooth function and optimal guest satisfaction
• Manage team members, scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness
• Handle guest concerns, implement marketing strategies, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to enhance efficiency
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff, hold team accountable, and maintain culture and conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned
