Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, plan memorable events, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate with teams to ensure accurate, timely catering services and expand Panera Catering to local businesses and schools.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a readiness to lead in a busy catering environment, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Food safety training completed; Food Handler's Card required by law.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses and schools.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, growth and trust.
