Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to oversee catering orders and deliver memorable events with warm, attentive service. You will assist guests in planning menus, coordinate delivery, and ensure accuracy and quality across orders.

This role emphasizes health and food safety, strong communication, and collaboration with managers and staff to grow Panera Catering in the local area.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and training (Food Handler's Card where required)
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Self-starter with ability to meet goals with limited supervision
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for up to 3 hours

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Maintain health and food safety standards.
• Uphold Panera's food quality standards and product knowledge.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed, promoting a culture of warmth and growth.
