Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will coordinate orders, ensure timely delivery, and uphold food safety standards while promoting Panera’s catering services to local businesses and events.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends with a team-focused culture and opportunities for growth within Panera.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Food Handler's Card required
• Own vehicle for delivering orders
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Able to stand/walk for up to 3 hours

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
