Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders and create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will support event deliveries, uphold food safety standards, and help grow Panera Catering with local businesses and schools. The role requires a reliable, self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and excellent communication, working nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law).
• Own a vehicle and have a good driving record for delivering orders.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift 25-50 pounds; flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards and maintain Panera's quality.
