Creative Dining Services in Colorado Springs is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead all catering activities for events from setup to service and breakdown. You will coordinate with clients, the dining services team, and kitchen staff to ensure on-time, high-quality service.

This role demands strong communication, organization, and a ServSafe certification, with a focus on safe handling, efficiency, and exceptional presentation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years minimum experience in food service or catering.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Knowledge of proper table service techniques and design preferred.
• Ability to deal with stress and pressure.
• Demonstrate duties effectively and efficiently.
• Exhibit interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise all catering activities under the account manager, ensuring successful service with the client and dining services team.
• Plan and coordinate details of catered events in conjunction with production, conference services, and sales staff.
• Review scheduled events, determine logistical needs, and coordinate inventories and orders for products and equipment.
• Coordinate with kitchen and support departments for food/beverage expectations, delivery, setup and breakdown, and staffing.
• Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards through checklists, hands-on supervision, and follow-up.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for continuous improvement of catering events.
