The Catering Lead supervises total catering operations in one unit. This position includes duties such as catering order taking, driver scheduling, catering production and preparation, and the general cleanliness and organization of the Catering Department. The Catering Supervisor works with outside customers and directly communicates with guests daily.
As the Catering Supervisor, you will supervise the preparation, presentation, and service of our food. The catering supervisor interacts closely with catering and retail employees as well as the restaurant managers.
