Job Description

The Multi-site Catering Lead is a professional, client-facing position requiring excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, appropriate attire, and experience in barista and catering roles. The candidate must have driving capabilities to reach various locations within downtown Philadelphia. The role demands the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain a safety culture ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
2. Manage external customer relations; represent Aramark and the client in meetings and events.
3. Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards are met through checklists, supervision, and follow-up.
4. Participate in and help develop catering training programs for all staff levels.
5. Implement and adhere to all Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
6. Operate register/POS, handle credit card transactions, and perform related duties:

• Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items according to location standards.
• Manage cash drawer, complete cashier slips, and make deposits.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and break down coffee bars and stations, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverages, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
