Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread, built on a decentralized business model with Market Leaders overseeing geographic areas. Reporting to the ML are Area Directors, responsible for multiple cafes, and General Managers, who manage individual cafes. Assistant Managers support daily operations, and Team Managers are part of the leadership team.

Flynn Group, founded in 1999, is the largest franchise operator globally, owning brands like Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. Position Description

Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly environments featuring baked breads and pastries, serving made-to-order soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. We focus on quality and a grease- and alcohol-free environment, with no late nights, ideal for morning people.

Managers supervise up to 75 staff members to ensure excellent service. We seek passionate, experienced restaurant professionals with a stable employment history, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process, prepare, and deliver orders to customers.
• Assist in organizing teams for large catering orders.
• Provide excellent customer service, follow up with customers post-order.
• Manage existing accounts for repeat catering sales.
• Collaborate with cafe teams and Regional Catering Sales Managers to grow business.
• Develop strategies to increase catering sales, including cold calling and closing techniques.
• Use Outlook Calendar and online tools to stay organized.
• Communicate effectively via email.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organization, customer service, and time management skills.
• Enthusiasm and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams.
• Proven success in similar roles.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
