Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a full-time Dishwasher in Florence, KY. You will wash dishes, assist with prep, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment to support the chefs in producing high-quality catering services.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, kitchen experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected. Benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, mopping floors, cleaning equipment, and bathrooms.
• Assist with small kitchen prep duties.
• Regular cleaning of refrigerated areas.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Operate dishwashers and cleaning equipment.
• Support chefs to ensure ACW sanitation standards.
• Use Shipday for order logistics and deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by GM.
