LIME Fresh Mexican Grill is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to drive catering growth across offices, schools, and events. You will nurture relationships, prospect new clients, and coordinate with restaurant leadership to deliver exceptional catering experiences.

Ideal candidates will be sales-minded, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a willingness to travel and represent the brand at events.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or restaurant sales, hospitality, or business development.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfort with CRM and basic business software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow catering sales and repeat business.
• Prospect for new customers through calls, emails, visits, networking and local outreach.
• Build lasting relationships with businesses, schools, hotels, event planners, and community partners.
• Generate, manage, and follow up on catering leads and maintain an active pipeline.
• Coordinate orders with restaurant leadership and operations teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow up after events to gather feedback and develop future opportunities.
