Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, catering, hospitality, or restaurant roles.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if deliveries are required.
• Experience with community outreach or business-to-business relationship building.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Chick-fil-A catering within the local community.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, schools, churches, offices, and community organizations.
• Respond to catering inquiries and assist guests with placing orders.
• Follow up with catering leads to encourage repeat business.
• Help develop ideas to increase catering sales.
• Coordinate catering orders with the restaurant team to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Assist with catering deliveries and special events when needed.
• Create and distribute catering marketing materials.
• Identify opportunities for catering partnerships and recurring business.
• Provide hospitality and represent the Chick-fil-A brand professionally.
• Track catering sales, leads, customer contacts, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure every catering customer feels valued and appreciated.
