Joseph’s Classic Market is seeking a Catering Manager to serve as the trusted lead for all catering inquiries, orders, and related services. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and timely fulfillment of each order while coordinating with kitchen and service teams.

You will train staff, supervise scheduling, and help drive seasonal menus and promotional catering packages in a fast-paced environment. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and professional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in catering, event management, or hospitality service.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, ordering software).
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Catering & Order Management: be the lead contact for catering inquiries and orders; confirm menus, details, and pickup/delivery logistics; coordinate with kitchen, deli and bakery; ensure orders are accurate, presentable and fulfilled on time; maintain catering calendars, invoices and order logs; assist in building seasonal catering menus and promos.
