Modern Market Eatery is seeking a Catering Lead to oversee end-to-end catering operations from order intake to delivery. You will coordinate logistics, staff, and equipment, ensuring accuracy and timely execution for each event.

In this role, you will train drivers as needed, maintain guest communications, and uphold food-safety standards while driving client satisfaction and growth in local markets.

Qualifications

• Catering operations experience and guest-relations focus.
• End-to-end catering process management from intake to delivery.
• Coordinate logistics including staffing, equipment, and supplies for events.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations in catering activities.
• Proactively manage client communications and follow-up after events.

Responsibilities

• Catering Operations Management.
• Own: Full catering process from order intake, confirmation calls, planning, and preparation, to delivery and presentation.
• Own: Coordination of necessary logistics, including staffing and ensuring all equipment and supplies are prepared for event execution.
• Own: Train additional drivers as needed.
• Own: Ensure all catering orders are accurate, properly assembled, and delivered on time.
• Follow up with each guest to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Assist: Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations for all catering activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to support catering growth.
