Responsibilities

• Take and enter customer catering orders accurately.
• Provide menu information and answer customer questions about catering options.
• Prepare and package catering items according to established standards.
• Coordinate and communicate order details with other departments.
• Support the delivery team by helping load catering orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering prep area.
• Ensure proper labeling and presentation of catering items.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Assist with deliveries as needed (must have valid driver’s license).
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Catering Manager or store leadership.
