Noelle in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Catering Services Manager to orchestrate events from concept to reality. The role requires vision, hands-on leadership, and the ability to pull together people and departments to execute memorable occasions.

You will tour spaces with clients, draft detailed event orders, coordinate with the banquet team, manage blocks and invoices, and communicate clearly across sales, operations, and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large-scale events from planning to execution.
• Able to lead and supervise multiple teams during events.
• Strong client-facing and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client tours of spaces
• Create detailed banquet event orders for execution of events
• Work closely with banquet department on operations and event execution
• Monitor group room blocks and manage resumes for operating departments
• Maintain detailed accounts and communications of contracts, event orders, and invoices
• Foster a guest-first mentality; be approachable, professional
• Understand property and amenities; collaborate with Sales on promotions
• Communicate effectively across multiple teams
• Stay organized and proactive
