Qualifications

• A highly organized and detail-oriented team player with strong computer skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in hospitality sales and events.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Delphi FDC experience is a bonus; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with coordinating all aspects of catering events, including meetings, weddings, banquets, and conferences
• Communicate with clients to confirm event details (menus, timelines, room setup, guest count)
• Assist in preparing banquet event orders (BEOs) and distribute them to relevant departments
• Liaise with kitchen, banquet staff, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution
• Assist in menu planning and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests
• Maintain detailed records of events, contracts, and client communications
• Handle last-minute changes or issues professionally and efficiently
• Support post-event follow-up, including posting banquet charges and collecting deposits
