Hilton is seeking a Catering & Event Sales Coordinator to guide events from sale to execution, delivering memorable hospitality experiences. You’ll respond to inquiries, coordinate site visits, and ensure seamless planning and flawless on-site execution for each guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or hospitality is advantageous.
• Ability to respond to inquiries and manage communications throughout the planning process.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service: Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning process.
• Support the sales process: Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution.
• Coordinate event logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services.
• Prepare and distribute documents: Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams.
• Stay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency.
