Responsibilities

• Builds client base through outside sales calls, networking, referrals.
• Conducts site tours and represents the hotel at trade shows and events.
• Manages the entire sales process from inquiry through follow‑up.
• Maximizes profit and optimizes space with pricing models.
• Creates contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
• Coordinates with the DOS to ensure profitable bookings.
