You will oversee proposals, contracts, and the seamless execution from pre-event to post-event, while coaching the events team for exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
• Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions through pre-event, event, and post-event phases, and be the primary client contact
• Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and coach to ensure high-level service
