Dimension Hospitality seeks a Director of Catering to lead the hotel's catering and event sales efforts, driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and exceptional execution.

You will oversee prospecting, contracting, forecasting, and collaboration with Operations, Culinary, Banquets, and Sales teams, mentoring a team to achieve hotel revenue goals and outstanding guest experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible hotel catering, event sales, or hospitality sales experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience within catering, events, conference services, or hotel sales.
• Demonstrated success in achieving catering revenue goals and growing market share.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead catering sales activities to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for catering, banquet, wedding, social, and meeting business.
• Solicit, negotiate, and secure new catering opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and planners.
• Oversee proposals, contracts, BEOs, and other sales documents.
• Provide leadership and coaching for the catering and event sales team.
• Forecast revenue, review pipelines, and analyze performance.
