Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or Marketing.
• 3 years in progressive hotel sales with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills relative to hotel revenues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with clear communication through positive leadership.
• Provide pricing and guidance to sales staff; review/approve special corporate negotiated rates.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations including F&B, guest services, and reservations.
• Ensure adherence to company sales policies and SOPs and drive loyalty to grow share of the account.
• Identify and pursue new business through prospecting calls, site visits, and networking events.
• Forecast revenue and expenses and analyze market trends to adjust strategies.
