Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking aDirector of Catering to lead the property’s catering strategy and execution, driving event revenue and maximizing function space utilization while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise catering sales, event planning, menu development, forecasting and team leadership, collaborating across Sales, Revenue Management, Culinary and Operations to ensure profitable events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Five+ years in catering sales, event planning, or F&B operations with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering revenue strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and weekly pace reviews.
• Own catering sales cycle from inquiry to booking, detailing, execution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Culinary and Operations for profitability.
• Oversee event detailing, BEOs, and service excellence to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop menus, packages and pricing aligned with guest expectations and profit goals.
• Build relationships with clients, planners and community partners.
