SSA Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Catering Associate to deliver warm, welcoming experiences at diverse events and venues.

You will manage setup, service, and breakdown while keeping guests and clients satisfied, and you’ll collaborate with catering teams to execute menus and maintain quality and safety standards.

Applicants should be flexible on hours, physically able to lift up to 35 lbs, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints.
• Set up, execute, break down, and clean up events.
• Assist back-of-house and front-of-house duties as needed.
• Communicate menus, presentations, and service techniques to guests.
• Support supervisors during events with problem-solving.
• Maintain professional appearance and safe, organized workspace.
