The role supports catering operations under supervision, contributing to a seamless guest journey and high standards for service delivery.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 35 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences and oversee event quality and inventory.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly; resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure proper setup, execution, breakdown and cleanup of events.
• Manage back of house and front of house duties for productivity.
• Communicate clearly with leaders for overall success.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
