Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. seeks a Seasonal Catering Associate to deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences and manage event setup, service, and break-down. You will help oversee inventory, fulfill guest needs, and maintain smooth front and back-of-house operations across catered events.

Ideal candidates bring strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 35 lbs, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction. This is a seasonal role supporting multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excelled problem solving/decision making; organized.
• Ability to stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate all equipment necessary to perform job duties.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product.
• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently and resolve complaints.
• Meet expectations of setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of each catered event.
• Execute back of house, front of house and side work duties for productivity of banquet events.
