SSA Group, LLC. seeks a Catering Lead to oversee event operations and guest experiences across multiple locations. You will manage buffets, staff, and food quality, ensuring timely execution of event plans and high service levels.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering memorable experiences for clients and guests.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced event environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product.
• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently and resolve complaints effectively.
• Oversee setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of buffets, stations and any other food & beverage for each event.
• Lead communication between back-of-house and front-of-house to ensure food is correct and out at approved times.
• Supervise buffet attendants and food runners throughout the event.
• Interpret and execute BEOs to the high standards of the organization.
• Possess expert knowledge of menus, presentation, and food service techniques.
• Perform strenuous manual labor as required (equipment storage, event setup, tear down).
• Train staff for all departments and supervise during events.
