Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality Customer Service position.
• Must be pleasant in dealing with guests and team members, with ability to perform in demanding situations.
• Must be able to endure prolonged walking and standing.
• Must be able to drive a vehicle and have a valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering pickups and deliveries with restaurant team.
• Guide Guests through catering menu, offerings, and pricing; plan menus and orders.
• Ensure proper execution of catering orders and provide hospitable guest experience.
